2nd Progress Report

The fiscal agent is responsible for ensuring that each campus participating in the program submits an individual campus progress report . Please submit only report per campus. The data collected in this report should include activities from July1, 2005 through February 28, 2006.

Unfortunately, because of the program used to collect data, your cannot fill out part of the report and save it to come back later and make modifications before submitting. Therefore, it is recommended that you print out a hard copy of the the report, complete it in paper form, and then sit down at the computer to enter the information and submit it.
